If your bottle is leaking, please complete the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Confirm the air hole at the top of the cap is open/clear by poking it with a pin or needle
2) Confirm the flat side of the silicone mouthpiece faces outward when the straw is in the upright position
The top may leak when the mouthpiece is in the upright position and open. The bottle should not leak when the mouthpiece is closed.
