I am trying to replace my filter and I cannot get the old filter off. What do I do?Updated a day ago

While warm or hot water should not be used on filters, it can assist with removing a filter that has reached the end of its lifespan. We recommend removing the upper reservoir that is attached to the filter and running warm or hot water over the filter where it attaches to the reservoir to help "loosen" it.
