How long should it take for water to pass through the filter?Updated 5 months ago

Processing time is dependent on the contaminant levels in your water supply and the effectiveness of the initial prime. Processing time may slow down as your filter reaches the end of its lifespan.

The filter has a firm outer layer of filtration media that is densely packed. If you are using a new filter and find that it is taking longer than 35 minutes, it may require additional priming to allow water to pass through that outer layer of filtration media.

You can view priming instructions and additional helpful information here.
