Our filter's performance results are to 100 gallons, so we recommend replacement after 100 gallons of use. People drink water at different rates, so they reach the 100 gallon mark at different times.

- A Couple: 3–4 months
- Individual User: Must be changed every 6 months
You can also run the calculations yourself; the top reservoir is approximately ½ gallon when completely full. If you fill it twice each day, you'll filter 100 gallons in 100 days, or around 3 months.
