We know you want to get your order as soon as possible, so orders are processed quickly. Unfortunately, that means we have a very short window to make changes (approximately 1 hour from the time the order is placed).
If your order has already been dispatched to our 3rd party shipping partner, we are unable to update the shipping address. If you have set up mail forwarding with USPS, your package will be forwarded to your new address.You can also use USPS Package Intercept to redirect packages still in transit.
Make sure to update your address for future subscriptions through your account to ensure future orders are shipped to the correct address.
