HSA/FSA reimbursement is based on the date listed on your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), which documents your condition at the time of evaluation. Unfortunately, without completing the clinical intake survey on or before your purchase date, an LMN cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
The good news is that once you complete the LMN, it will remain valid for 12 months. During that time, you’ll be able to use it to submit reimbursement requests for future replacement filter purchases.
