We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can exchange or return it for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used, the product will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except Used filters are not eligible for return.
