Should anything happen to your order, you will be able to quickly file a claim through the Route team for an instant refund or reimbursement. 

Once you’ve made your purchase, you can easily track it visually (and any other order) with Route’s platform. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route’s real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
