How to Manage Your Subscription on DesktopUpdated 2 months ago

In order to manage your subscription, you need to log in to your account. If you have not activated your account, you can do so by selecting "Create Account" on the login page here. You must use the email address associated with your original order. If you need assistance, please email us at [email protected].

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Select "Manage Subscriptions"

Step 3: Select "Manage this subscription" to view your subscription 

To update your charge date: To reschedule the shipment, select “Choose a specific date”. Once selected, you can toggle between months by clicking the blue arrow to the right of the calendar date. Select the new date, and then click "Save Changes" to save. Please note this will not change your frequency (delivery schedule).

To update your frequency: Use the "+" and "-" options to modify frequency. Select "Save Changes" to update frequency. Please note this will change your next charge date.

To skip your next shipment: If you'd like to skip a shipment, select the "skip shipment" button and then select confirm. When you skip an order, that means your next order will process based on your current frequency setting. For example, if you skip your September shipment and you're scheduled for every four months, your next shipment will be in January.
