How do I change my subscription schedule?Updated 9 hours ago
Change Frequency:
- Click "My Products."
- Select the Subscription you want to update.
- Use the menu to select your desired replacement quantity and delivery frequency.
- Click "Save Changes."
Please note that changing your frequency will automatically update your next charge date.
Change Next Date:
- Click "Dashboard."
- Click "Reschedule."
- In the pop-up window, choose to delay your shipment by one week, two weeks, three weeks, or click on "Choose a specific date" to open the calendar and schedule your next shipment.
- Click "Save Changes."
Please note that rescheduling your next charge date will not automatically change the frequency- both settings must be updated.
