How do I change my subscription schedule?Updated 5 months ago
Change Frequency:
- Select the “Manage subscriptions” tab on the right side of the page.
- Click “Manage this subscription” under the order you want to modify.
- Use the drop down menu to select your desired replacement quantity and delivery frequency.
- Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
Change Next Date:
- Click the “View your next order” tab on the right side of the page.
- In the box at the top of the page, click “Reschedule.”
- In the pop up window, choose to delay your shipment by one week, two weeks, or click on “Choose a specific date” to open the calendar and schedule your next shipment.
- Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
Please note that changing the frequency will not automatically reschedule your next charge date - both settings must be updated.
