How do I change my subscription schedule?Updated 5 months ago

Change Frequency:
  • Select the “Manage subscriptions” tab on the right side of the page.
  • Click “Manage this subscription” under the order you want to modify.
  • Use the drop down menu to select your desired replacement quantity and delivery frequency.
  • Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. 
Change Next Date: 
  • Click the “View your next order” tab on the right side of the page. 
  • In the box at the top of the page, click “Reschedule.” 
  • In the pop up window, choose to delay your shipment by one week, two weeks, or click on “Choose a specific date” to open the calendar and schedule your next shipment. 
  • Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. 
Please note that changing the frequency will not automatically reschedule your next charge date - both settings must be updated.
