How do I cancel/reactivate my filter subscription?Updated 5 months ago

This program does not constitute a contract, there are no termination fees. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellations made through your customer portal must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. Cancellation requests via email must be submitted by 4:00pm EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. If your order is scheduled to process over the weekend, your email cancellation request must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the Friday before that weekend. If you cancel after the cutoff, you will still be charged for and receive the next shipment. Subscription orders can be returned via our return policy.

To Cancel:

  • Log in to your Clearly Filtered account.
  • Select the “Manage subscriptions” tab on the left side of the page.
  • Click on “View Your Next Order”.
  • Click on “Manage this subscription”.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Follow the prompts and click "Cancel Subscription" to complete the cancellation.

To Reactivate:

  • Log in to your Clearly Filtered account.
  • Select the “Manage subscriptions” tab on the left side of the page.
  • On new page, click on “Manage Subscription” on right hand side of page.
  • Click on “Inactive”.
  • Click “Re-activate” under the product listed.
  • Update “Next Charge Date” if necessary.
