How do I cancel/reactivate my filter subscription?Updated 8 days ago
This program does not constitute a contract, there are no termination fees. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellations made through your customer portal must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. Cancellation requests via email must be submitted by 4:00pm EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. If your order is scheduled to process over the weekend, your email cancellation request must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the Friday before that weekend. If you cancel after the cutoff, you will still be charged for and receive the next shipment. Subscription orders can be returned via our return policy.
To Cancel:
- Log in to your Clearly Filtered account.
- Select the “Manage subscriptions”.
- Click on “My Products”.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Subscription”.
- Select the reason for the cancellation.
- In the next window, select "Confirm Cancellation."
*If you have multiple subscriptions, you must cancel each subscription separately.
To Reactivate:
- Log in to your Clearly Filtered account.
- Select the “Manage subscriptions”.
- Click on "Reactivate."
