Repriming and Reverse FlushingUpdated 14 days ago
We suggest repeating the priming process to temporarily improve performance.
We've also found reverse flushing the filter can temporarily improve filtration speed. To reverse flush your filter:
1) Remove the filter and turn it upside down.
2) Place your filter under a faucet and run cold water through the bottom of the filter for 1-2 minutes. This allows contaminants to escape through the screen at the top of the filter.
3) Allow the filter to drain on a towel or mat for 5-10 minutes.
4) Attach the filter to the upper reservoir and resume use.

Once your filtration speed is no longer desirable, we recommend replacing the filter. For additional assistance, please contact our team at [email protected].
