How can I return a product?

If you’re having an issue with one of our products, our team would love to help you get to the bottom of it! Feel free to contact our team by emailing info@clearlyfiltered.com. We also have a warranty program should your item fall under warranty.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com.
