We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Used filters (any filters that have come into contact with water) or any exchanged items are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com. Returns that are not accompanied by the proof of purchase will be exchanged for store credit.
