How To Manage Your Subscription on a Mobile Device

In order to manage your subscription, you need to log in to your account. If you have not activated your account, you can do so by selecting "Create Account" on the login page here. You must use the email address you placed your order with. If you need assistance or would prefer our team to email you an account invite, please email us at info@clearlyfiltered.com.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Select "Manage Subscriptions"

Step 3: Select "edit" to view your subscription

To update your charge date: Once selected, the calendar will open up for your next shipment. You can toggle between months by hitting the light grey arrow to the right of the calendar date. Select the new date, and then select "Update Next Shipment Date" to save. Please note this will not change your frequency (delivery schedule).

To update your frequency: Select "delivery schedule." Once selected, you will have the option to change how often you receive replacement filters. Select "Update" to save.

To skip your next shipment: If you'd like to skip a shipment, select the "skip shipment" button and then select confirm. When you skip an order, that means your next order will process based on your current frequency setting. For example, if you skip your September shipment and you're scheduled for every four months, your next shipment will be in January.
